Diligence.

We will be diligent in our work, our cooperation with other Realtors, and
especially in our service to the customers. Diligence means knowing and taking
care of all details of each aspect of work in a manner that customers recognize
as outstanding customer service. Diligence means putting a full time, game on,
effort: taking breaks as needed, but consistently delivering action and results for
our customers. We shall be known as a company that is diligent.     Ephesians 5

Charity.

We will give and show love to others throughout our workday and throughout our
careers. For if we are able to speak or accomplish great things or serve well, but
we do not have charity, then we have accomplished nothing. Charity means the
giving of our time and money for the benefit of others out of love. We shall be
known as a company that is charitable.                                         I Corinthians 13

Joy.

We will have joy in both the good times and the difficult times, for joy is much
deeper than happiness. Joy makes our business enjoyable and our customers share
in that enjoyment. Joy is appreciating even the hurdles of life, for they make us
stronger in our race. Joy turns work and life into a blessing. We shall be known as
