Oh, the fresh start of a new year and the counting of blessings from the year past. We had so much to be thankful for at Rob Brooks Realty in 2013. God has continued to grow us in numerous ways.
- He has continued to expand Rob Brooks Realty at 40% a year.
- The number of rental units Rob Brooks Realty manages has increased from 31 to 46, a 33% increase almost strictly by referrals.
- The company has grown from 4 full time people to 7, with the sales licensees having an average of 16 years experience. That’s a 43% increase!
- Julia Holmes started in May and was the selling partner of local real estate legend, Bill Gann, until his recent retirement.
- Laura Gerard started in August and has been selling real estate for nearly 20 years, bringing great service to customers in Destin and South Walton.
- Kaylie Poplin started in March and became the Marketing Manager of Rob Brooks Realty; her impressive achievements are listed below.
- Rob Brooks Realty’s sales volume tripled that of 2012!
- The Fort Walton Beach office has been established and embraced by both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
- We had a fresh new website implemented with great content and is considered by some the best real estate website on the Emerald Coast: www.RobBrooksRealty.com.

- On a very personal note, Rob and his wife, Melody, got the news that they will be welcoming another son into their family soon after the new year!
