It was in a recent conversation with a friend who had just listed their home with a Realtor that I realized that good work is hard to find. You have probably heard people use that phrase before, but in that moment, that's all I could think. He had just told me that he was so excited to finally have his house on the market and he was using a Realtor that was referred to him by family members.
