There's a debate of when investing, should you get the loan or should you pay cash? And here's a quick answer that was just presented to me here at the Emerald Coast Association Realtors Investment Week.
And that is, if you are investing to build wealth, leverage. And that might be a good strategy if maybe you got a lot of years left in your investment strategy. So you may be in your 20s or 30s or maybe even in your young 40s.
And then if you are investing for cash flow, then pay cash. And that would be, maybe you need the income which would often happen as you get closer to retirement.
So maybe that might be of help to you as you are making your real estate investment decisions. I'm Rob of Rob Brooks Realty.
