With 44 sales by 5 agents, our agents outpaced the average Emerald Coast agent by a considerable margin. For the number of sales in the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Rob Brooks Realty beat out 50% of our competition in 2012, 66% in 2013, and now 75% in 2014. Our clients are benefiting from our hard work, too. Our competitor's listings have an average CDOM (Continuous Days on Market) of 212 days. Our average CDOM is a remarkable 62 days; our clients are thankful!
Rob Brooks Realty now has an image to be grateful for. Image is the general impression that a person or organization presents to the public. I (Rob) haven't cared much about image but my Uncle did. He was a master of developing a professional real estate sales image. Across the Emerald Coast, people of all ethnicity or social status knew John Brooks as the consummate gentleman and professional. He worked on his image and his image worked for him, bringing millions of dollars in sales for six decades. For the first time since starting in 2008, Rob Brooks Realty has an image and it is good. With both public and industry insiders, we are known as a company of people who are honest, diligent, established, growing, giving, involved and innovative. While we may have been these things in prior years, we became known for them by the public in 2014. This image was developed through friends and past clients, downtown involvement, distinctive signage, ECAR involvement, ads, articles, Facebook, website and videos. The chances are now much better that a potential customer will have seen our signs or heard something good about our company than ever before.
