Serving people well in real estate is one of the things I enjoy most. I feel that God has called me to invest my life into others, helping them in their real estate goals and even in their real estate careers if they decide to go into the profession. Nearly all of my business comes directly from referrals and I do very little self advertising. Friends, past clients and acquaintances know my adherence to my core values of honesty, diligence, charity and joy; they refer me new business as a result. I've been in the real estate industry for almost 20 years, seeing ups and downs in the market and changes in consumer preferences. I've found one preference remains unchanged: customers desire outstanding customer service which is worthy of telling their friends about.


Rob Brooks obtained his real estate license in 1994 and started his real estate career immediately after graduating from Auburn.  He worked as a sales person for the broker, George Lee, at Realty One Services. After 6 years, he was asked to manage the 14 member Destin sales office of ERA American Realty. For the next 3 years, the office underwent a dramatic improvement in sales and profit under Rob's leadership and God's grace. Later, he was asked to manage the 25 person office of ERA Old South Properties in Pensacola.  Rob opened Rob Brooks Realty in 2008 with humble beginnings. The business has seen steady growth almost every month since its inception. The office expanded to 4 people with 2 locations at the start of 2012 and continued to grow. We are proud to have a combined 65 years of experience in the real estate industry.
