Biscayne Pointe is a beautiful subdivision located between Navarre & Fort Walton Beach off US-98. The subdivision stretches from US-98 to the shoreline of the sound and has several water features including bridges and walkways that go over marsh areas. The subdivision also features sandy beach access, which is a great area for dogs or kids to play, along with a beach pavilion.
There are 150+ homes within the community and prices range from $400,000 to over $1 million, with some of the nicer homes located on the sound. Biscayne Pointe offers private roads and private beach access, all maintained by the HOA.
