History & Activities

Created in 1972, Holly By the Sea has purposed to provide a community within the on the Gulf Coast that caters to the interests of all homeowners. Within its premises, you will find a diversity of activities available to the residents. If golfing is something you love to do, you will be right at home at the community’s Hidden Creek golf course. At the heart of Holley By the Sea is the Recreation Center. Its facility provides sports such as tennis, baseball, swimming and basketball. Lessons such as swimming and water aerobic lessons are available to the residents. The park located within is a beautiful forty-eight acre property with a private beach, campsites, picnic pavilions and a fishing pier.

A Place To Call Home

Within a few mile radius from this thriving community are the military bases Hurlburt Field and Eglin Air Force Base. Many of the residents that live here are military both active and retired. If not military, many residents drive to nearby larger cities such as Pensacola.
